The latest wedding flower trend is Sophistication with a capital "S". And the flowers that look best with the dresses this year, with their layers of beautiful tulle, lace and or organza, are the exquisite and romantic garden roses, peonies and ranunculus. They all have a rich looking texture from the ruffled edges that lends a look that is opulent. Peonies and ranunculus bloom in the Spring and early Summer, but the garden roses have a longer growing period and are one of my favorites. A shorter cascade, crescent or round bouquet looks wonderful with a delicate and sophisticated wedding dress.
